Radon is radioactive, so it is measured using the principles of radiation physics. We can conduct a non-obtrusive 2-3 day radon test in your home to see if you have elevated radon levels, and provide a detailed report.
Radon Mitigation
We offer free on-site inspection of your property. Our priority is designing and installing a radon mitigation system that is aesthetically pleasing. We guarantee to reduce the radon levels in your home below the EPA action level.
Radon System Service
We service all existing Radon abatement systems and will provide a free, no obligation quote for updating your system. This includes the Radon fan, system components, sump cover, piping, and crawlspace covers.

Our Guarantee and Warranty
Any Radon abatement system designed and installed by WNY Radon Mitigation is guaranteed to reduce the radon level to below the EPA recommended level of 4.0 pCi/L. In most cases radon levels are routinely reduced to 2.0 pCi/L or less. The Radon Fan includes the manufacturer's 5 year warranty because it was installed by a professional Mitigator. All other Radon abatement system components are warranted for material and workmanship for the lifetime of the system for whoever owns the property. Upon sale of the house, the warranty automatically transfers to the new owners.
